Начинаю установку, ввожу все данные для БД, пользователь root. И выскакивает множество ошибок((( Перезапуск не спас.

Пожалуйста перезапустите setup и попробуйте снова

не совсем по всему))) надо заменить только те TYPE= которые равны MyISAM, то есть TYPE=MyISAM должны стать ENGINE=MyISAM все заработало.
